“We just returned from spending a week at La Tour Apollinaire, where the accommodations far surpassed our expectations. As soon as we drove through the gate, we understood what we’d found: a true oasis of taste, refinement and tranquility, where all our needs were looked after by a caring staff, and where we could unwind in whatever way we saw fit. We stayed in the Chablis room, which was originally the family chapel – complete with original stained glass window and vaulted ceiling. Our room was truly stunning: elegantly furnished, decorated and lit, with a gorgeous marble bathroom, all very new, yet retaining a wonderful sense of history. We are looking forward to a return visit!”

Also we received great gastronomical advices from the staff. Our room (Champagne) was very beautiful and comfortable.
